Carriage Treka

A purpose built tri-axle trailer designed to transport a carriage and two horses with optional overnight accommodation for the owner.

The 7ft. wide body with rear ramp enables two horses to load and travel comfortably in the diagonal position, the frontal area is sufficiently large to accommodate most sizes and styles of carriage.

After removal of the carriage this area can become a comfortable living space, which can be fitted with seating, sleeping and cooking facilities.

We appreciate that due to the variety of sizes and types of carriage the dimensions and extras are as a basic guide. We will, therefore endeavour to accommodate special requests and will be happy to quote for your personal requirements.

The trailer is easily towed by most 4x4s and its inherent stability makes it a pleasure to tow.

Chassis:	Strong steel chassis fully galvanised for long maintenance-free life.
Axles:	Tri-axle for exceptional stability.
Suspension:	Rubber suspensions for a comfortable ride.
Wheels:	Six wheels - six brakes for extra safety.
Ball Hitch:	Built-in lock including auto reverse.
Floor:	Aluminium plank covered with heavy duty rubber.
Body:	GRP body for long maintenance-free life. Attractive strong internal lining with composite rubber kicking boards in horse area.
Tie Rings:	Two external tie rings.
Colours:	Standard colour - White. Any colour available at extra cost.
Power:	Power for this model is supplied by the towing vehicle.

Horse Area
Partition:	Two fully adjustable partitions with rubber skirt to floor.
Ventilation :	Three opening windows.
Lighting:	Interior light.
Tie Rings:	Three horse tie rings and three hay net tie rings.
Locker:	Large front locker for extra storage.
Ramp:	Large low sprung ramp with heavy duty rubber matting and alloy tread rails and doors.
Living Area:	On this model the living area is not fitted out except for cushion flooring, light, door and three opening windows.
